Shipping policy

We currently ship orders in the United States only. Orders ship to you from Philadelphia, PA via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail or UPS ground. Orders are taken to the post office Saturday through Tuesday of each week. 

Please keep your location's temperature in mind when placing an order, especially if your package will need to sit outside once it is delivered. If your package will need to sit outside for an extended period of time in extreme temperatures, please consider using a different shipping address or waiting until the weather is better suited for shipping.

During winter months, we will delay shipping out plants when the temperature is too low in Philadelphia to avoid harming the plants during transit. Please keep this in mind if placing a time-sensitive order. Feel free to email us before placing an order if you have any questions. You should add a heat pack to your order when shipping during cold weather.

If your plant was damaged during transit, please send us an email, with photos, at info@greenlyplantco.com so we can get it sorted out.
